Needles Type

Round Bodied

Round Bodied needles separate tissues without cutting, suitable for soft tissues and intestinal surgeries. Tissues close securely around the suture post-needle passage, crucial for cardiovascular procedures. Needle diameter varies by tissue type: finer for soft, thicker for muscles.

Round Bodied Plus

Taper Point needles have a modified profile with an oval-shaped flattened section after the tip, transitioning into a round body. This design enhances tissue layer separation. They vary in wire diameter, with finer ones for soft tissues in GI and vascular surgeries, and thicker ones for tougher muscles.
Curved Cutting

The needle is characterized by a triangular cross section, with the triangle's apex located on the inner side of the needle's curvature. Cutting edges are limited to the needle's front portion and transition into a triangulated body that spans half the needle's length.
Reverse Cutting

Cutting needles are essential for suturing fibrous or dense tissues. They possess a triangular cross-sectional body, with the apex cutting edge on the outer side of the needle's curve, enhancing its strength and notably increasing its resistance to bending.
Reverse Cutting Prime

Needles feature a distinct tip design with reduced angle cutting edges for improved penetration and control. The square body enhances strength and stability. Prime needles offer both reverse and traditional cutting profiles.

Taper Cutting

This needle combines the initial penetration of a cutting needle with the minimized trauma of a round bodied needle. The cutting tip is limited to the point of the needle, which then tapers out to merge smoothly into a round cross section.

Micropoint Reverse Cutting

This needle includes a third cutting edge on its outer curve to prevent needle cut-outs during suturing. Its triangular cross-sectional body and apex cutting edge enhance strength and bending resistance.
Micropoint Spatula Curved

This ultra-fine needle combines a sharp point with a square body for optimal penetration. The square design resists bending and ensures stability in the needle holder for precise suturing.

CC-V
